Lol look at this person. First off let me say. Mako “ALMOST” lost his brother and Korra.
Asami HAS LOST HER FATHER, HER HOME, HER LIVELIHOOD, HER STATUS AND HER CHEATING BOYFRIEND in the space of a few episodes? Asami has done nothing wrong, yet you get mad at her because she’s calling her cheating boyfriend out for, oh I don’t know, ignoring her and getting close to Korra? You need to re-evaluate your life. Asami has done nothing but help Team Avatar. She gave up everything to help them in the war. SHE HAS A RIGHT TO ASK A FEW QUESTIONS!
^THIS. I’m sorry, I didn’t know that rightfully confronting a man you love when he blatantly ignores you for another girl is considered overbearing.
You know what makes this even worse? The fact that Asami didn’t scream or yell. She didn’t refuse to help Korra. She didn’t leave. She even made a point to say that she likes Korra. All she’s trying to do is make sense out of her extremely confused world. She senses that Mako doesn’t feel strongly about her but she doesn’t know why and he won’t tell her why, and that feeling sucks. I would know. Asami just lost everything, and she’s trying to cope with losing more. She’s handled the situation maturely to this point, and now—well, so what if she happens to makes some cutting retorts toward Mako? She is completely justified in expressing her annoyance and feelings of betrayal. So nobody hate on Asami, especially if you’re also going to defend Mako’s recent actions. Everybody has a right to their feelings.
